Rose Water For Gorgeous Skin

Rose Water is one of the oldest beauty products in the world, used by every woman, no matter the skin tone, type, or place where she lives.
Just a cotton pad saturated in Rose Water, mixed with a bit of water, used as a toner, the effects are overwhelming: it soothes the skin, making it more even. It also helps fight acne and calm it.
Extra tip: if you have zits, or severe acne, try cracking an uncoated aspirin and toss it into a mix of Rose Water and water.

What Your Acne is Telling You About Your Health



Did you ever notice once a month when Mother Nature decides to make a visit, you break out like crazy? Especially in area’s on your chin? Your amazing hormones would be the cause of that. But do you ever wonder why your breaking out in other area’s when Mother Nature is on vacation? Breakouts in certain spots are related to certain health issues. Crazy Right? You can help yourself out by changing a few things in your diet to “decode” your breakouts. Neck
This is a sign of illness. Give your body tons of rest, drink lots of waters, and get some sleep. Let your body do its work by fighting off  bacteria.

Digestive issues cause breakouts directly on your chin. Try adding some fiber to your diet. Green tea, or any kind of herbal tea is great for helping out your digestive system. You will soon have your acne under control!

Around Your Chin

When my allergies are bad, I tend to break out like crazy on my cheeks! Maybe allergies aren’t the problem, smokers can also get breakouts here are well. Another reason for breakouts in this zone is from dirty cell phones and pillowcases! So clean them!

Nose
Check your blood pressure and lower your cholesterol. Cut back on meats and dairy and start adding healthy fats to your diet, fish, nuts, and avocado, things that are high in omega 3.

Forehead
Breakouts anywhere on the forehead are due to liver and digestive issues. Cut back on greasy foods! Change up your diet and start eating healthy! Alcohol is another reason for these breakouts, so cut back on drinking. Drink lots of water and keep your body hydrated.

Take care of your body and you will see a huge difference with the appearance of your skin! Say bye bye to all those annoying breakouts, and hello to clear flawless skin!

DIY: Cinnamon Face Mask for Acne!



The honey in the mask is a natural humectant, giving skin the moisture it needs. Cinnamon gently exfoliates your skin, and nutmeg acts as a natural anti-inflammatory, which can help reduce redness and swelling. The mask soothes the skin and helps prevent infection.

You'll need:
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. honey

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. (The mask will be a thick paste.) Apply the mask to your face with your fingertips and let sit for 15 minutes. Wash the mask off with warm water, gently rubbing in a circular motion to exfoliate.
