Quick Tip: The Potato Trick For Dark Circles
So it's one of those days, you wake up with very dark circles under your eyes, and you wonder if there was something you could do besides applying concealer.
Next time, try this quick trick:
Wrap up half of a grated raw potato in a thin cloth or gauze and rest it on your eyes for about 10-15 minutes.
And that's it!
Just do your morning/makeup routine as always, and use a Younique Mineral Concealer as it is 100% natural, chemical-free, mineral-based pigment powders, free of talc, oils, preservatives, perfumes, synthetic dyes, and parabens.

How to avoid tired eyes
Having tired eyes is something that affects many people, whether you spend too much time looking at your computer screen, or TV, or had a bad night of sleep or... it just simply happens!
Here's some tricks to prevent that to happen:
Here's some tricks to prevent that to happen:
- When removing your eye makeup, be gentle: the skin around your eyes is very thin, and rubbing the makeup remover around them can make the skin reddish and irritated. Plus, if you're gentle, you'll prevent future wrinkles.
- Still on the subject of removing the makeup: don't rub the cotton pad from the way down, as the black mascara and eyeliner will be deposited right under your eye bag, giving the illusion of even darker eye circles. Instead, rub the cotton pad in small circles.
- Cucumber slices are not a myth: try applying them in your eyes, after removing the makeup, to freshen up your eye area.
- A washcloth damped in Younique's Rose Water is great to give back vitality to your face. It also helps to clean the area in a gentle way without damaging the tissue.
- Apply concealer: it's still the best option to cover the dark circles and enhance your eyes instead of the eye area. Younique Minerals Concealer is great, as it is free from chemicals, preservatives, oils and perfumes.

PRO TIP: Using Concealer to Hide Dark Bags
Feel like your concealer is highlighting those pesky dark eye bags instead of hiding them? Here's a pro technique to help!
I highly recommend using a concealer brush. The fibers are tapered and tightly packed so it perfectly fits the contours of eyes and blemishes for ideal coverage.
Blend in a little orange pigment to your concealer. With your concealer brush, swipe the color-correcting concealer under your eye in a "V" shape from your outer to inner corner. Then, buff the concealer into your skin, until you get to the center of your lower lid, where you'll want to feather the concealer for a lighter application.
It's really that easy!
I personally prefer mineral powdered concealer since it doesn't clog my pores and GREATLY reduces oil & shine.
